Do you have insurance?
We have our General Contractor’s license chartered by the RBQ (Regie du Batiment du Quebec) and are insured for up to $1,000,000.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All of our work and materials are guaranteed for one year.

What are your working hours?
Our normal hours of operation are from 8 am to 4pm, Monday though Friday. On special occasions and emergencies, we are available on weekends.

What do we need to provide you in order to receive an estimate?
It really depends on the job. For most straightforward renovations, we can put together an accurate estimate after we have visited the site with you. For complex renovations or new builds, it is usually a good idea to start with plans. If you don’t already have a designer or architect, we can recommend one for you.

How will you ensure that our flooring is protected and that there won’t be dust everywhere?
The first step in any renovation is protecting your home. We cover all traffic areas with carpet and we separate the working area from the living area by taping it off with plastic sheeting. Every day before we leave, tools and materials are neatly arranges and the site is swept clean.
